Job Type: • Remote, must reside and be authorized to work in the US • Seasonal, temporary position Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls and type email messages for agents. • Manage team calendar in MS Outlook and schedule appointments. • Distribute messages and make outbound calls to confirm event attendees. • Schedule appointments using web tools and MS Office. • Assemble marketing materials and perform clerical duties such as creating shipping labels, sorting mail, and stocking spaces. Skills: • Call center and Work From Home experience are required! • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organization and attention to detail. • Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and web tools. Job Requirements: • Prior customer service and call center experience in a fast-paced environment. • Technologically savvy with proficiency in using MS Office and web tools. • Experience managing schedules and calendars. Required Experience: • Experience working with the public, including seniors. • 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in customer service or related field. Required Education: • High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
