We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Virtual Assistant to join our team at Amex. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks remotely, ensuring efficient and smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities... •

  • Manage email correspondence and communication on behalf of executives.

  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and organize calendars.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis.

  • Perform online research and gather information as required.

•

  • Handle basic bookkeeping and billing tasks.

•

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations when necessary.

•

  • Maintain and update databases and filing systems.

• Required Skills and Qualifications: •

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.

•

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

•

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

•

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (G Suite).

•

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

•

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

• Experience:Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is required. Working Hours:This is a part-time position, approximately 20-25 hours per week, with flexible working hours. Knowledge Skills and Abilities: •

  • Familiarity with online tools and software for task management and communication.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
