Our Customer Service Representative interfaces with client customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product and/or services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer. Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking Resolve overdue bills, collect payments from the party responsible for the debt and address client queries regarding delinquent accounts and help to develop repayment plans Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required Be tenacious in tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in call tracking database Be comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and transaction disputes Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
