Capital Raise for Consulting Services Startup
Synergy Management Group (SMG) (www.synergymg.com) is a consulting services startup that partners with institutional investors (private equity & venture capital), portfolio companies and growing businesses to evaluate, design, execute and maximize growth opportunities across sourcing, diligence, operations/value creation, and exit. We are executing a rapid and efficient angel/seed-stage capital... raise and seeking an experienced Investment Banker with active broker-dealer licenses to lead this initiative. Responsibilities: ? Develop and refine comprehensive investor materials, leveraging SMG's existing assets. ? Define strategy, target elite investors, and outline deal terms. ? Lead the full-cycle capital raise process, including outreach, negotiation, and closing, directly coordinating with the CEO. Requirements: ? 10 years of experience within Angel, VC, and PE capital markets. ? A deep network of connections to elite, high-net-worth potential investors. ? Active SEC/FINRA broker-dealer licenses in good standing. ? Proven track record executing capital raises ($500K-$5M) for early-stage, high-caliber companies. ? Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ? Ability to work independently and manage the entire capital raise process. Compensation: ? Success fee-based compensation with potential equity participation. About SMG: ? Proven Track Record: Serving elite clientele in the institutional investor sector. ? Established Product-Market Fit: Successful engagements with firms managing over $100B in assets. ? Elite Consultant Bench: Esteemed consultants from top-tier firms, including McKinsey, Bain, PwC, EY, Carlyle, Deloitte, and KPMG. ?
