Then Ultimate Staffing has the positions for you! We are looking for a customer service professional to process orders online via phone and email. This customer service person would work Saturday through Wednesday 2pm-11pm Eastern Standard... time. You will be monitoring orders, troubleshooting order issues and ensuring fulfillment of order are received by the customer. The ideal candidate would have at least one year experience with online order processing and customer service. What's in it for you? Temp to Hire position $17-$18/hr (eligible for 10% bonus once hired) Work Remotely from home Saturday - Wednesday Shift 2pm-11pm Eastern Standard Time Affordable Medical Options What you will be doing Performs all customer service handling, such as helping customers, helping with order and information, Answer phone and email with prompt and courteous attitude Processes all transactions in our online system; ensures that all documentation, receipts, transactions, are accurately completed and processed in a timely manner Complies with all administrative procedures, methods, practices and company standard operation procedures are accurately completed, processed and forwarded to the appropriate people Processing Opening and Closing Paperwork What qualification you need to have Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet Excellent customer service skills with 1 year experience. Excellent problem-solving skills High energy, ability to remain focused on goals, working independently Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral in a professional manner Ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have strong organizational skills High School Diploma or equivalent Able to pass a background check and drug screen
