Job description: Job Description - Overview The Special Event Assistant to the Executive Team helps maintain an efficient and productive office environment. Providing special event support. This is a part-time position located at our corporate offices in Oklahoma City and no relocation assistance is provided. Out of state and freelance work are not available for this position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Assists by facilitating details given by the Executive Assistant & Special Projects Manager ? Conducts research and prepares documents and correspondence ? Maintains event databases, timelines and files ? Conducts vendor and venue research and bookings for special events ? Serves as liaison with vendors on event-related matters ? Helps coordinate special events on location ? Performs work-related errands as needed ? Maintains a clean and orderly work station ? Follows all Art/Creative safety policies and procedures including the proper use of PPE (Personal protective equipment). ? Adapts to additional duties and tasks ? Contributes to team effort by fulfilling responsibilities with a positive attitude Job Description - Requirements ? Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors with exceptional interpersonal skills ? Highly resourceful with strong follow-through ?
