Job Description: As a Remote Web Chat Manager at Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote web chat representatives in Chicago, Illinois. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions as needed. 8. Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot any technical issues related to the chat platform. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 8 years of experience in customer service or web chat management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Resourceful and driven personality traits. 5. Proficiency in research and negotiation soft skills. 6. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 7.
