Our client is in search of a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant with extensive experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background in the Office 365 full stack and a proven track record of successfully leading projects, working closely with clients, and aligning with company values and practices. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage complex Microsoft 365 projects, leveraging deep technical expertise and industry best practices. • Provide expert guidance and support across the Office 365 full stack, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Azure AD. • Architect and develop custom solutions and integrations using Microsoft technologies, demonstrating proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell scripting. • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Ensure project deliverables adhere to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations on Microsoft 365 solutions. • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Must-Have Criteria: • Hands-on experience in the Office 365 ecosystem, with a strong command of its various components and functionalities. • Proven expertise in Microsoft technology development, encompassing custom solutions, integrations, and automation. • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects. • Exceptional client-facing abilities, including effective communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building. • Alignment with company values and commitment to upholding its way of working. • Openness to contract-to-hire opportunities.
