Corporate/M&A Associate

We are a boutique business law firm looking to add an associate level attorney who is experienced in practicing mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. We are extremely amenable to flexible hours and remote work. The team is currently comprised of eight attorneys and 2 paralegals and focuses on working with start-ups, entrepreneurs and small businesses. They often start with companies... on early fundraising rounds, work with them post-raise on day-to-day contracts like employment agreements, vendor and customer agreements, SaaS and license agreements (for technology businesses), and co-packing/manufacturing agreements (for CPG businesses), then represent them as they grow through acquisitions, raising of additional rounds of capital or a sale of their businesses. The firm also regularly represents buyers and sellers of companies with a typical purchase price of $2-15m.
