Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field. 6-8 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Proficiency in ICD/CPT and HCPCS codes. Strong customer service experience. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of basic medical terminology and managed care principles. Familiarity with standardized processes for evaluating medical support operations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
