Qualifications
And Skills Valid Special Education teaching license/certification in the state of Colorado. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field. Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Preferably, at least 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting and 1 year of online teaching experience.
Responsibilities
And Duties Develop and implement tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to address students' unique strengths, needs, and goals. Deliver engaging virtual instruction using innovative online tools to accommodate diverse learning styles and accessibility needs. Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, therapists, and educators to ensure a holistic approach to student success. Monitor student progress, track IEP goals, and adapt strategies as necessary to optimize learning outcomes. Utilize online assessment tools and reporting systems to document progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders. About The Opportunity This Special Education Teacher position is fully remote, requiring daytime availability. We provider are 1099 independent contractors, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. Salary Hourly rate: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour.
