Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and verify data for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring that records are easily retrievable for audits, reporting, and day‑to‑day operations.
  • Prepare, copy, collate, and package reports, mailings, meeting packets, and other correspondence, adhering to brand standards and confidentiality protocols.
  • Assist with routine office tasks such as scanning, faxing, and managing incoming/outgoing mail to keep the office workflow smooth.
