  • SKU and Pricing Maintenance: Enter new Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and corresponding pricing information into the company's product database, collaborating with relevant departments to verify pricing accuracy and product specifications.
  • Data Verification and Quality Assurance: Cross-reference entered data against original source materials to identify and correct discrepancies, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity across all systems.
  • Document Upload and Backup Management: Systematically upload and archive important documents, backup records, and supporting files in arenaflex's Salesforce system, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record retention policies.

Financial and Administrative Support

  • Accounts Receivable Monitoring: Proactively monitor the aging of accounts receivable, identify delinquent accounts, and prepare detailed reports for management review. This includes generating invoices, tracking payment status, and facilitating the collections process to maintain healthy cash flow for arenaflex.
  • Purchase Order Reconciliation: Carefully reconcile purchase orders against received goods, invoices, and payment records, identifying and resolving any mismatches or discrepancies in a timely manner.
