Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming test documents with care, preparing them for digital processing, scanning them using specialized equipment, and uploading them into an electronic system for grading. This is a hands-on, on-site role based in Conklin, NY — it is not a remote position, and candidates must be able to reliably commute to the job site and adhere to the assigned schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Receipt & Inspection: Carefully receive incoming tests and documents, verifying quantities, checking for completeness, and identifying any issues that could impact the scanning or uploading process.
  • Document Preparation: Prep documents for scanning by removing staples, organizing pages, ensuring proper orientation, and following established handling protocols to maintain document integrity.
  • High-Quality Scanning: Operate scanning equipment to convert physical documents into digital formats, ensuring image clarity, correct alignment, and compliance with quality standards.
  • System Upload & Verification: Upload scanned documents into the electronic grading system accurately and efficiently, verifying successful uploads and resolving any technical issues as they arise.
  • Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks to confirm that uploaded documents are legible, complete, and properly indexed within the system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and maintain smooth workflow operations.
  • Adherence to Procedures: Follow all arenaflex and client-specific protocols, including data privacy guidelines, document handling procedures, and workplace safety standards.
  • Maintain a Clean, Organized Workstation: Keep the scanning and upload area tidy, ensuring equipment is well-maintained and supplies are stocked as needed.

Work Schedule and Compensation

  • Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour for regular hours
  • Saturday Overtime Rate: $25.50 per hour
  • Shift Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Saturday
  • Assignment Duration: 1 month (with potential for extension depending on project needs and performance)
  • Location: Conklin, NY (on-site only; this is not a remote position)
  • Dress Code: Business casual attire required

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
