[Remote] Agile Coach / SAFe, Jira

Dice is partnered with a leading transportation and infrastructure organization undergoing a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. They are seeking an Enterprise Agile Lead / Coach to drive alignment across multiple workstreams and ensure organizational transparency through disciplined Agile practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead alignment and coordination across 10-13 concurrent cross-functional workstreams to ensure cohesive program execution (25%)
- Establish, facilitate, and mature Agile ceremonies including Scrum, Scrum of Scrums, planning sessions, and governance reviews (20%)
- Manage and resolve dependencies across internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery outcomes (15%)
- Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, escalation processes, and governance standards across the organization (15%)
- Design, standardize, and optimize Jira workflows, boards, epics, and portfolio management structures to support enterprise visibility (10%)
- Build executive-level dashboards and reporting to provide transparency into program health, velocity, delivery predictability, and key metrics (10%)
- Drive organizational discipline, data integrity, and accountability across all participating teams and stakeholders (5%)
Skills
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale Agile transformations, enterprise programs, or complex delivery initiatives involving 10+ concurrent workstreams
- Proven experience integrating and managing third-party vendors within Agile delivery frameworks
- Expert-level proficiency with Jira, including workflow configuration, Advanced Roadmaps, Jira Align, dashboards, and portfolio management
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
- Experience facilitating enterprise-level governance, dependency management, and risk mitigation processes
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on process adherence, reporting accuracy, and operational excellence
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive accountability without direct authority
