[Remote] AI Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Project Management Institute is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead a mission-critical product pillar and define its future. The role involves building a product roadmap, conducting market research, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI products aligned with company goals and market needs
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap for AI products, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch
- Prioritize user experience to ensure AI products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet customer expectations
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success and drive data-informed decisions
- Manage stakeholders (executives, customers, partners) to gather feedback and ensure alignment
- Ensure AI products comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Proven track record of scaling AI products or platforms across an organization
- Ability to translate business goals into identified problems to solve
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to make data-driven decisions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred
