[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MANTIS is a fleet technology company specializing in advanced connected camera solutions for businesses managing vehicle fleets. They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle, build and manage a pipeline, and conduct consultative sales meetings with enterprise fleet customers.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and close with enterprise fleet customers
- Build and manage a robust pipeline
- Conduct consultative sales meetings and product demonstrations
- Tailor proposals that align with customer safety, operational, and risk management goals
- Manage and grow strategic accounts
- Drive expansion opportunities
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Conduct outbound outreach and respond to qualified inbound leads
- Forecast and report in the CRM
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings
Skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Software Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in B2B or enterprise environments
- Strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline development across multiple channels
- Experience in Account Management, with the ability to nurture long-term relationships, drive adoption, and identify expansion opportunities
- Demonstrated Consultative Selling capabilities, including discovery, needs analysis, solution mapping, and value-based selling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with comfort engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage priorities in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience selling SaaS, telematics, fleet technology, or related solutions is highly advantageous
