[Remote] Head of Growth (SEO & Meta), $100k/yr + performance, fully remote (global)

They are seeking a Head of Growth to lead demand generation efforts, focusing on organic search and scaling paid social channels to accelerate growth.
Responsibilities
- Grow our presence across AI search surfaces (ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Overviews) as a first-class channel
- Build an off-page strategy that closes our AI visibility gap and grows organic traffic
- Oversee our full website redesign: new site structure, tool pages, and landing pages, working with our designer and developer to ship it
- Scale our programmatic and tool-page strategy: hundreds of pages built, ranked, and converting on high-intent keywords
- Own technical SEO, internal linking, content quality, and topical authority
- Stand up and scale Meta ads: creative strategy, influencer collaborations, budget, and clean conversion tracking
- Run targeted paid search and retargeting across Google, Meta, and display
- Run our newsletter and keep the list clean and healthy
- Build an organic content program for team members who opt in, writing and scheduling on their behalf
- Test new channels (affiliate, creator partnerships, communities, events, co-marketing) and scale the winners
- Drive a steady, growing flow of qualified leads and high-intent traffic
- Build the reporting, attribution, and forecasting to make growth predictable
- Partner with sales to tighten handoffs and shorten time-to-close
Skills
- SEO/GEO is your superpower. Non-negotiable. You've built tool pages, owned technical SEO, and ranked content that converts
- You've run Meta ads that worked. Strong second skill. Real budgets, creative and influencer campaigns, clean tracking
- You've touched the other channels too. Newsletters, paid search, retargeting, organic social, partnerships. You know which lever to pull when
- Operator, not just a strategist. You've shipped landing pages, set up GA4 and attribution, and run experiments end-to-end
- Track record of scaling B2B SaaS. You've helped take a company from 7-figures ARR to $10M+ ARR
- AI-native. You use Claude to compress your work and have a real point of view on how AI search is changing software discovery
- Commercially minded. You think in pipeline, CAC, payback, and ARR, not just traffic and rankings
- Comfortable with ambiguity. First growth hire. You'll build the playbook, the team, and the systems
- Scaling programmatic SEO at a SaaS company
- A strong Meta ads portfolio with proven ROAS, ideally with influencer and creator ads
- Hands-on digital PR, link building, or AI search optimization (in-house, agency, or as a Respona-style customer)
- Standing up an affiliate or partner program from zero
