This is a fully remote work-from-home opportunity where you will assist customers with booking vacations, cruises, and travel packages while providing professional and timely support throughout their travel experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with planning and booking travel experiences including vacations, cruises, resorts, and travel packages
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on destinations, pricing, and available options based on customer needs
- Manage reservations, update booking details, and maintain clear communication with clients before, during, and after their travel arrangements
- Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and online communication platforms in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain organized records of all customer interactions and bookings
