[Remote] Associate Product Manager

They are hiring an Associate Product Manager to support the core Ascend roadmap and day-to-day product execution, collaborating with various teams to deliver features and improve platform workflows.
Responsibilities
- Support roadmap planning and execution across core Ascend platform initiatives
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Partner with Engineering and Design through discovery, build, launch, and iteration
- Help prioritize backlog items based on impact, effort, and business goals
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with Product, Data, Commercial, and Customer Success
- Track product performance and adoption metrics; surface insights and recommendations
- Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to inform feature improvements
- Maintain strong product documentation, release notes, and internal enablement materials
- Support UAT, rollout readiness, and post-launch follow-up
Skills
- 2+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in product operations, analytics, consulting, or a related role
- Strong organizational and execution skills; able to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience querying databases using SQL
- Comfortable writing requirements and collaborating with technical teams
- Data-informed mindset with ability to interpret metrics and turn insights into action
- Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, curious, and energized by a high-growth environment where the roadmap evolves quickly
