[Remote] Sr. Manager, Project Program Management
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Worknovaq Health, through its subsidiary Hirecrafto Medicaid Administrators, is seeking a Sr. Manager in Project Program Management to lead the implementation of information strategies and development of information products. The role involves overseeing project teams, influencing business processes, and presenting to internal and external stakeholders to improve information quality and access.
Responsibilities
- Assist project team with creating complex queries, complex technical programming, and complex applications
- Work with advisors from key functional areas to understand potential project impact on the organization, align project work, and execute activities accordingly
- Present to internal/external customers, constituents, and business partners
- Oversee analysis, planning, design, and development being performed by project team to support accurate maintenance of support systems for business areas
- Influence change or enhancements to business processes, policies, and system infrastructure to improve information quality, availability, and access
- Develop and participate in presentation and consultation to existing and prospective customers, business partners and internal business areas on information services, capabilities, and performance results
- Negotiate resources in peer organizations to meet high priority department objectives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Five (5) years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation
- Five (5) years of experience in XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Five (5) years of experience in SAS or SQL programming
- Five (5) years of experience in statistical analysis
- Five (5) years of experience in infrastructure components: GPUs or CPUs
- Five (5) years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and best practices
- Five (5) years of experience contributing to large-scale applications development, data science, or data analytics projects
- Five (5) years of experience in data analytics on large data sets in healthcare, business, or retail sector
- Five (5) years of experience in healthcare data management processes and techniques, including data standards, interoperability, and proper data privacy
- Five (5) years of experience supporting large data, analytics, and technology modernization initiatives
