As a Remote Lifestyle Advisor, you'll assist clients with travel-related planning, provide personalized guidance, and help coordinate details that align with their interests, schedules, and lifestyle goals. No previous travel industry experience is required. Training, resources, and ongoing support are provided.
What You'll Do
Connect with clients to learn about their interests, preferences, and future travel plans Help identify vacation options, destination experiences, accommodations, cruises, and activities Assist with coordinating travel arrangements through approved supplier and booking platforms Provide helpful information to support client decision-making Help organize travel details, confirmations, and itinerary information Follow up on client requests and provide ongoing support throughout the planning process Maintain accurate records and client documentation using online systems Stay informed about destination updates, supplier programs, and industry opportunities Participate in virtual training sessions and professional development programs Skills & Qualities We Value Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Professional and client-focused approach Ability to stay organized while managing multiple projects Comfort using web-based platforms and digital tools Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong attention to detail and follow-through Reliable internet connection and basic computer skills Interest in travel, hospitality, customer support, or lifestyle services
Requirements
