What You'll Do

A successful OPERATION SPECIALIST proficiently handles day to day activities of the Operations Research Team. Organizational responsibilities to include but are not limited to the daily research work of assigned cases with the supervision of your manager. Responsibilities: Verification Tasks including the following: (Accurate and timely completion of assigned research tasks with regard to client quality and turnaround time expectations.) Make phone calls to entities (HR/Edu/Qual) to verify the employment/education enrollment/qualification details. Make phone calls to referees for reference interviews. Creating email/fax/letter documents to send to entities (HR/Edu/Qual) for verification. Email communication with entities. Online verification. Updating the status into systems. CV check (Resume/Background check vetting form comparison) Creating Report Tasks (Accurate and timely completion of reports including editing for quality control purposes in either English or Bahasa Melayu language as appropriate / required.) Updating the results into systems received from the entities/referees. Manual report creation and quality check before submitting the report. Other Research Task such as below: Rising insufficiencies. (Through system) Mitigation Updating Brookedateabase (Internal database to keep the record of communication with external entities). Translation of documents between your native language and English GCM processor task. (Winesp and GCM) Others: You may be required to undertake other duties from time to time as we may reasonably require. Process Improvement proposal. Attending team meeting. What You Will Need to be Successful: Candidate must at least have spent 1 year in college with office experience (preferably in BPO). Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply. What You May Need to be Successful: Proven ability to work in a matrixed, multinational environment under tight deadlines Strong understanding of contract management principles, terms, and conditions Requires excellent command on the English language and can handle conversational interviews. Proficiency on basic computer applications, e.g. Microsoft office and Web browsers Experience doing Inbound calls/transactions is recommended (but not required). Why Join Us at First Advantage?
