Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and live‑chat channels, consistently exceeding service level agreements.
  • Master arenaflex’s internal management system to process orders, manage returns, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, fulfillment, product, and tech—using our internal communication platform to resolve issues quickly.
  • Identify trends and pain points by analyzing customer feedback, then propose and implement process improvements that enhance the overall experience.
