Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in shaping the customer journey from first contact to final booking and beyond. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Multi-Channel Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels, ensuring every interaction reflects arenaflex’s commitment to excellence.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary while keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
  • Travel Planning & Sales: Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, travel insurance, and other travel services tailored to each client’s unique needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Destination Advisory: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their travel goals, then advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
  • Accurate Information Delivery: Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right tools, resources, and methods available within arenaflex.
  • Professional Relationship Building: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, going the extra mile to build a loyal client base.
  • Documentation & Record-Keeping: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file relevant documents in accordance with company procedures.

Essential Qualifications
