Key Responsibilities

Core Data Management

  • Enter, validate, and maintain high‑volume claim and PA data in the arenaflex RxClaim system with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform routine audits of entered data to identify and correct discrepancies before they impact downstream processing.
  • Generate and run queries against the RxClaim platform and the arenaflex Data Warehouse to support reporting, trend analysis, and exception handling.
  • Document all data‑entry activities in accordance with arenaflex’s standard operating procedures and audit requirements.

Clinical & Operational Support

  • Collaborate with clinical adjudication teams to gather supporting documentation for PA overrides, ensuring that each case is fully substantiated.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of CAPAS (Clinical Authorization and Prior Authorization System) carrier catalogs, updating product offerings and eligibility rules as needed.
  • Participate in enterprise‑wide requirement gathering sessions, translating business needs into actionable data‑entry tasks.
  • Identify root‑cause factors for PA override issues and propose process enhancements to reduce future exceptions.

Project & Process Improvement

  • Contribute to branch‑level projects and PA initiatives, delivering timely deliverables that align with project milestones.
  • Implement progressive enhancements across CAPAS operations, leveraging feedback loops and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
  • Support the rollout of new PA documentation standards during member transition phases, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Apply strategic thinking and sound judgment to assess risks, communicate concerns, and recommend mitigation strategies within matrixed environments.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience handling large data sets, preferably in a claims, pharmacy, or health‑care analytics environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet strict deadlines while maintaining data integrity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
