  • Communication Skills: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with high accuracy; strong verbal articulation and active listening abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiar with web‑based CRM platforms.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior exposure to a customer‑facing role—whether through part‑time work, internships, or volunteer activities—is highly desirable.
  • Problem‑Solving Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions under pressure.
  • Reliability & Punctuality: Commitment to a full‑time schedule of 8 hours per day, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in or be willing to relocate to the Bentonville, AR area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED as a minimum educational baseline (if a bachelor’s degree is not yet completed).
  • Previous experience in a high‑volume call center or contact center environment.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex’s product lines, retail policies, and e‑commerce platforms.
  • Multilingual abilities, especially proficiency in Spanish, are considered an asset.
