Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build and nurture long‑term relationships with C‑level executives and key business partners, gaining a deep understanding of their strategic objectives, marketing challenges, and success metrics.
  • Joint Vision Development: Co‑create a clear, multi‑year advertising roadmap that aligns arenaflex’s product portfolio with the client’s growth ambitions, and lead internal cross‑functional teams to execute on that vision.
  • Solution Presentation & Growth Planning: Design and deliver persuasive presentations that showcase arenaflex advertising solutions, driving adoption and meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Data‑Driven Consulting: Conduct rigorous market and performance analyses, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and quantify high‑impact opportunities that resonate with client business goals.
  • Product Mastery: Maintain expert‑level knowledge of arenaflex’s advertising ecosystem—including search, display, video, and emerging formats—to advise clients on the optimal mix for their campaigns.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Coordinate with product managers, data scientists, creative specialists, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and continuous optimization.
  • Revenue Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Own the sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and proactively address any gaps to ensure consistent growth.
  • Thought Leadership & Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that position arenaflex as a strategic partner, using storytelling techniques to illustrate the business impact of advertising investments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales, with a demonstrable record of exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to influence and sell to C‑level stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear business value.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing a portfolio of advertising or media accounts, preferably within a mid‑market or enterprise context.
  • Track record of selling both traditional and digital advertising solutions, showcasing a holistic understanding of the media landscape.
  • Deep knowledge of contemporary marketing strategies, including programmatic, performance, and brand advertising across all digital channels.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability, with a talent for building narratives that engage and persuade senior executives.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

arenaflex offers a competitive total compensation package that reflects the seniority and impact of this role. The base salary range for this full‑time position is $129,000 – $191,000, with additional performance‑based bonuses, equity participation, and a comprehensive benefits suite.
