Position Overview
The Remote Operations Process Manager – Customer Experience & Store Optimization will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of store‑level operational processes for designated regions. Reporting to the Operations Strategy leadership, you will spearhead high‑impact projects, mentor a team of Business Analysts, and serve as the primary liaison between arenaflex’s corporate strategy and its field operations. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Process Leadership
- Analyze root causes of operational challenges, synthesize findings, and communicate clear, actionable recommendations to both corporate stakeholders and field teams.

Project & Program Management
