- Oversee talent‑related financial processes, including processing all p‑card charges and reconciling expense reports.
- Distribute weekly communications to arenaflex talent teams, covering birthdays, holidays, and upcoming events.
Talent‑Facing Duties
- Provide logistical support for talent initiatives such as brand activations, special mission shoots, and corporate events (e.g., arenaflex and partner gatherings, award ceremonies, and fan conventions).
- Assist in coordinating talent experiences for VIPs, including high‑profile personalities and influencers.
- Arrange and manage experiences such as dinner events, theme‑park trips, gaming sessions, and live shows.
Event‑Facing Duties
- Plan and execute participant logistics for premieres and special events, overseeing guest lists, seating arrangements, and on‑site support.
- Design and distribute e‑invitations, track RSVPs, and maintain accurate guest databases.
- Provide real‑time assistance to General Admission (GA) and VIP attendees, ensuring a flawless experience from arrival to departure.
