Key Responsibilities
- Data Capture & Verification: Accurately input daily FBI fingerprint records into the Access database, performing quality checks to resolve any discrepancies.
- Regulatory Coordination: Maintain seamless communication with TSA, U.S. Customs, U.S. Postal Service, and other government agencies to ensure compliance with all aviation security requirements.
- Document Management: Process and archive personal investigation results, consent forms, and clearance letters in accordance with internal policies and external regulations.
- HRIS & EC System Integration: Collaborate with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Employee Central (EC) teams to map, cleanse, and migrate compliance data across platforms.

Essential Qualifications
