As the Global Activation Lead, Customer and Business Intelligence, Go‑to‑Market, you will be the catalyst that bridges insight and impact across arenaflex’s global advertising portfolio. You will partner with senior leaders in Product, Marketing, and Global Business to ensure that the most valuable customer and market intelligence drives product adoption, revenue growth, and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Activation Planning: Design and execute a worldwide activation roadmap that elevates awareness and utilization of customer and market insights, directly supporting arenaflex’s growth drivers and annual business plan.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with Global Business, Marketing, and Product teams to secure sponsorship, align on priorities, and act as the subject‑matter expert on advertising industry trends.
  • Insight Communication: Craft compelling written communications, executive‑level presentations, and storytelling decks that translate data into clear recommendations for diverse audiences.
  • Project Leadership: Own end‑to‑end activation initiatives—including project scoping, milestone definition, pilot execution, success‑metric tracking, and governance structures.
  • Quantitative & Qualitative Analysis: Conduct deep‑dive research, data modeling, and statistical analysis to uncover opportunities that increase the activation of insights across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Build and nurture relationships with senior executives, product owners, and external partners to secure buy‑in and drive execution of strategic recommendations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Feed learnings back into the Customer and Business Intelligence team, iterating on activation tactics to stay ahead of market shifts and evolving advertiser needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least six years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory; or four years of experience combined with an advanced degree (MBA, PhD, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two or more years in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital‑media environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of the ads ecosystem across arenaflex’s product suite—including Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Apps, Measurement, and emerging formats.
  • Proven ability to frame ambiguous problems, develop strategic solutions, and drive measurable impact on high‑visibility initiatives.
  • Experience influencing cross‑functional teams and leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights to shape decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling at the project and executive level.

  • Communication Excellence: Mastery of storytelling, slide design, and executive‑level briefing preparation.
  • Collaboration: A team‑first mindset, with the ability to work effectively across geographies, cultures, and functional domains.
