Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Own Every Day

  • Customer Advocacy & Ticketing: Promote arenaflex’s air travel services, prepare detailed itineraries, compute accurate fares, issue refunds, and generate tickets using the SABRE reservation system.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond to inbound inquiries, troubleshoot travel‑related problems, and resolve complaints in a mutually beneficial manner, ensuring a positive outcome for both the passenger and arenaflex.
  • Communication Excellence: Deliver clear, courteous, and timely communication over the phone and via email, especially when handling flight cancellations, delays, or policy updates that affect customers.
  • Policy & Procedure Updates: Stay current on new regulations, internal policies, and procedural changes; proactively inform customers and internal stakeholders of any impacts.
  • Collaboration with Government & Corporate Partners: Liaise with governmental agencies and corporate clients to align arenaflex’s service offerings with regulatory requirements and partnership agreements.
