Position Overview As an Entry-Level Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, personalized assistance through live chat conversations. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
