Key Responsibilities
- Application Review & Verification: Examine driver applications, insurance policies, and vehicle registration documents for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility according to arenaflex standards.
- Virtual Vehicle Safety Inspections: Conduct live, video‑based safety checks with prospective drivers, guiding them through each step and providing constructive feedback. Training is provided to ensure confidence and consistency.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery professionals via text, chat, and email, delivering timely updates on application status, next steps, and required documentation.
- Background Check Coordination: Initiate and track pre‑employment background checks using arenaflex’s proprietary software, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Data Management & Entry: Accurately input applicant information into the arenaflex system, maintaining clean, organized records that support analytics and reporting.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks or recurring issues in the onboarding workflow and propose actionable solutions to streamline operations.
- Collaboration with Cross‑Functional Teams: Partner with HR, Operations, and Product teams to align onboarding processes with broader company objectives and technology updates.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a business environment, preferably in data entry, HR, customer service, or administrative support.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume documentation with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency with web‑based applications, CRM tools, and smartphone platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly, solution‑oriented demeanor.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
