Essential Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably within loan services, banking, or broader financial services.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex loan terminology into understandable language.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using CRM platforms and phone systems.
