This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, enabling you to support clients on their journey to wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions via telehealth platforms.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to guide therapeutic interventions and support client progress.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes and share best practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- A valid counseling license in the state of Connecticut.
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in providing mental health services via telehealth is preferred.
