Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of all recorded transactions.
• Generate and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, encompassing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, offering insights and recommendations based on financial data.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations at all levels and aid in the preparation of tax-related documents.
• Manage expense reports, oversee petty cash, and make certain that all expenditures remain within budget limits.
• Utilize accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, to maintain financial records and transactions. Required Skills
• Demonstrated experience as a Bookkeeper or in a comparable role.
• Strong grasp of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Keen attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.

Qualifications
