Position Overview We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Intelligence Advisor to join our growing team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will evaluate business data to generate meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve business performance. You will support best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization, and as a trusted advisor to the business, you will also help end users determine their information requirements. Key Responsibilities

As a Business Intelligence Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable business insights. Your primary duties will include:

• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze complex datasets, draw meaningful conclusions, and provide summary analysis and interpretation to business management. You will utilize advanced analytical techniques to identify patterns, correlations, and trends that drive strategic decision-making.
• Requirements Gathering: Consult with business stakeholders to identify new reports required to support business requirements. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
• Report Optimization: Optimize and standardize reports at regular intervals, defining and influencing metric definitions from a global perspective. You will ensure consistency and accuracy across all reporting deliverables.
• Reporting Design and Implementation: Design, run, and implement reports to support the business, collaborating with various groups to provide feedback and assistance in process improvement. You will create intuitive dashboards and visualizations that make complex data accessible.
• Industry Trend Monitoring: Pursue industry trends and discuss them with internal business teams. You will stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in business intelligence, bringing innovative ideas to the organization.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations. You will present your findings to senior leadership and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Data Quality Assurance: Maintain the integrity of data across multiple platforms and systems. You will implement quality control measures and ensure data accuracy in all reporting deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, marketing, and operations, to support business objectives and drive organizational growth.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, and Visual Basic and Macro Programming. Familiarity with Power Applications and Automation Anywhere A360 is highly desirable.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities with a strong attention to detail and the capacity to interpret complex data
