As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, providing education and status updates on pre-authorizations and pre-determination requests, and meeting performance goals in efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide education and status updates on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests, ensuring customers are informed and up-to-date.
  • Meet and exceed performance goals in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance, consistently delivering high-quality service.
  • Own customer issues, taking responsibility for resolving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize blithequark's systems and tools to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze data to improve service delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • 1 year of recent call center experience, preferably in a customer service or related field.
  • 6 months of previous remote work experience, demonstrating your ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • High School diploma or GED, providing a foundation for your customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Complete Bilingual Spanish Test, showcasing your language skills and ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Basic computer assessment, demonstrating your proficiency in using technology and software applications.
