Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to continuously improve support processes You will work closely with your team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to our support processes, ensuring we are always providing the best possible experience for our users. Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary You will be responsible for documenting complex issues and escalating them to the appropriate departments, ensuring that all issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner. Requirements
