  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle sensitive customer, financial, and operational data in strict accordance with arenaflex's data management policies, industry regulations, and applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant frameworks).
  • Policy Adherence: Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs), data governance protocols, and security guidelines to ensure all data handling meets internal and external compliance standards.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with team members across departments—including operations, customer service, finance, and IT—to resolve data-related issues, clarify discrepancies, and ensure smooth information flow.
  • Task Prioritization and Time Management: Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact, and consistently meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve data entry errors, system glitches, and workflow bottlenecks in a timely and methodical manner.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate routine reports, maintain logs of completed work, and provide feedback to supervisors regarding process improvements or recurring challenges.
  • Continuous Improvement Participation: Contribute ideas to enhance data entry workflows, reduce manual effort through automation, and improve overall data quality across the organization.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:
