As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you will engage with prospective and existing customers via our live chat platform, answer product‑related inquiries, guide users through the purchasing process, and ultimately help close container sales. You will not be handling phone calls; your focus will be on delivering concise, accurate, and friendly written communication that drives conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound live chat messages from customers across a broad range of time zones, ensuring a response time of under 2 minutes whenever possible.
  • Provide detailed information about arenaflex’s container inventory, specifications, pricing, and delivery options.
  • Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate container solutions, and guide prospects through the quotation and ordering workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records of chat interactions in the CRM system, noting key details for follow‑up and sales tracking.
  • Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to resolve any order‑related questions, shipping concerns, or after‑sales support issues.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge updates to stay current on industry trends and arenaflex’s evolving portfolio.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by converting chat engagements into confirmed container purchases.
  • Provide feedback to management on common customer pain points and suggest improvements to the chat workflow or website content.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in live chat support, e‑commerce, or sales.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $500 per month, paid twice monthly via Wise or Payoneer.
  • Commission Structure: 5 % commission on each container sold, typically translating to $20–$30 per transaction.
