  • Contact customers proactively to confirm order details, resolve discrepancies, and provide status updates.
  • Handle return authorizations in accordance with arenaflex policies, coordinating with the quality team to ensure proper documentation.

Inventory Management & Receiving

  • Receive incoming shipments of film, tools, and supplies, verifying contents against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Record receipt of goods in the inventory system, reconcile physical counts, and maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Rotate older inventory to the front of shelves to minimize obsolescence and ensure first‑in, first‑out (FIFO) handling.
  • Prepare and process the Daily Conversion List, ensuring that all conversion activities are logged and tracked.

Warehouse Organization & Maintenance

  • Maintain a clean, orderly workspace by sweeping aisles, removing debris, and ensuring clear pathways for safe material handling.
