Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher at arenaflex, you will be the voice of the company, handling inbound calls, coordinating dispatches, and ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with precision and empathy. Your core duties include:

  • Answering incoming customer calls promptly, providing accurate information, and resolving inquiries in a courteous manner.
  • Dispatching service technicians, lock‑out specialists, and other field personnel to customer locations across the continent, using our internal routing system.
  • Maintaining detailed call logs and dispatch records, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Typing at a minimum speed of 35 words per minute while accurately entering data into the CRM system.
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as handling a high volume of calls while coordinating dispatches and updating case notes.
  • Providing bilingual support (Spanish/English) when possible, to serve a diverse customer base.
  • Adhering to a variable schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the 24/7 nature of our service center.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service quality and operational efficiency.
