Key Responsibilities

  • Guide new hires through the onboarding journey, ensuring they receive all necessary equipment, documentation, and orientation materials.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for call‑center staff seeking HR assistance via live chat, email, or internal messaging platforms.
