Position Overview

The Remote Operations Process Manager will serve as the strategic hub for store‑level process excellence across designated geographic areas. Reporting to the senior Operations Strategy leadership, you will partner with cross‑functional teams, field leaders, and a dedicated group of Business Analysts to design, implement, and sustain process improvements that directly impact store profitability and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Process Analysis: Dissect complex operational challenges, identify root causes, and articulate clear, data‑backed recommendations to both internal teams and field partners.
  • Project Leadership: Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of core store‑operations projects—including scope definition, timeline creation, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and post‑implementation review.
  • Process Design & Implementation: Engineer and roll out new or refined operating procedures that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate the customer experience across all stores within your area of responsibility.
  • Day‑to‑Day Operations Management: Oversee daily process execution, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and swiftly address any roadblocks that threaten project timelines or operational stability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and nurture strong partnerships with store managers, regional leaders, and the broader arenaflex Operations Strategy team to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Insight Generation & Reporting: Produce high‑impact presentations and written reports that synthesize industry trends, competitive intelligence, and consumer data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Team Development & Mentorship: Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate a team of 2‑5 Business Analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain an up‑to‑date repository of process documentation, best practices, and lessons learned to support ongoing operational excellence.
  • Travel & Field Support: Conduct occasional on‑site visits (less than 10% of the time) to observe store operations firsthand, gather real‑world feedback, and provide hands‑on guidance during critical project phases.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in retail operations, process management, or a comparable field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects from concept through delivery, preferably with a proven track record of measurable results.
  • Strong quantitative aptitude, including proficiency in statistical analysis, data visualization, and the ability to translate complex data sets into clear business recommendations.

  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States and age of at least eighteen (18) years.
