Position Overview

The Part‑Time Data Entry Coordinator – Program Impact will join arenaflex’s Design & Evaluation team. Reporting to the Managing Director of Design & Evaluation, you will partner closely with Alumni, Partnerships, and Program Operations teams to maintain a single, reliable “source of truth” for alumni employment and earnings data. This role is non‑exempt, part‑time (15‑20 hours per week), and runs from October 2024 through June 2025, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Integrity and Quality Control (≈ 50 % of time)
    • Continuously monitor and audit data across multiple platforms (Salesforce, Brightspace LMS, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LiveAlumni) to ensure 100 % accuracy.
    • Extract, clean, and reconcile data sets from Salesforce and other sources, identifying discrepancies and correcting them promptly.
    • Enter alumni employment outcomes from program surveys into Salesforce, guaranteeing flawless data transfer between Brightspace and Salesforce.
    • Validate transition data from program participants to alumni status, ensuring seamless matching of records.
  • Data Collection and Reporting (≈ 30 % of time)
    • Administer national post‑program outcomes surveys via email, text, and phone, driving high response rates from recent graduates.
    • Generate monthly reports highlighting new alumni lacking employment verification or salary data, and share these insights with Alumni Managers for follow‑up.
    • Maintain and synchronize the “employer” fields in Salesforce to support accurate reporting and impact analysis.
  • Process Optimization and Collaboration (≈ 20 % of time)
    • Work hand‑in‑hand with Alumni, Program Operations, and Partnerships teams to streamline data collection workflows.
    • Identify bottlenecks, propose automation opportunities, and document best practices for future scaling.
    • Participate in cross‑functional meetings, offering data‑driven recommendations that enhance program delivery and alumni tracking.
