The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver with strong organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, file, and manage documentation in accordance with arenaflex’s naming protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Gather and verify supporting information—including income statements, tax filings, and asset details—to ensure comprehensive case administration.
  • Respond promptly to queries from creditors, debtors, and internal teams, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the administration team to obtain missing documents, interpret complex issues, and resolve outstanding items using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Extract, review, and validate file details from Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other internal systems.
  • Organize electronic and physical files, ensuring all documents are correctly labeled, stored, and easily retrievable.
  • Calculate income, surplus income obligations, and other financial metrics required for client assessments.
  • Interpret and apply relevant legal requirements across multiple provincial jurisdictions, including insolvency law and the Personal Property Security Act.
  • Conduct searches for insolvency filings, PPSA registrations, property valuations, and compute realizable values.
  • Create, review, and route documents for electronic signatures via DocuSign, ensuring compliance with policy and legal standards.
  • Transfer data from scanned records and handwritten notes into Ascend, our internal case‑management software, with a focus on precision.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and protect operational integrity at all times.
  • Assist with electronic filing of statutory documents and review amended proposals for accuracy.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors that support the overall efficiency of the team.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in high‑volume data entry with a documented track record of exceptional accuracy.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error‑free work.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities; capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset, though not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay focused, and meet deadlines without direct supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal aptitude to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Familiarity with financial‑services terminology, debt‑resolution processes, or legal documentation.
  • Experience using case‑management or CRM systems similar to Ascend or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Basic understanding of provincial insolvency legislation and the Personal Property Security Act.
  • Ability to conduct online research for property valuations, PPSA registrations, and related financial data.
  • Comfort with electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign and e‑filing portals.
  • Prior remote‑work experience, demonstrating self‑discipline and effective time management.

Core Competencies for Success
