Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring an Entry-Level Live Chat Agent with Data Entry Responsibilities to join our growing remote support team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity that requires no prior professional experience. We provide comprehensive paid training to ensure every team member feels confident and prepared from day one.

In this dual-focused role, you will divide your time between engaging with customers through live chat and handling essential data entry tasks that keep our digital records accurate and up to date. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking help, while also ensuring that important information is correctly entered, updated, and verified across our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

Live Chat Customer Support

  • Engage with customers in real time via live chat, addressing inquiries, concerns, product questions, and feedback with professionalism, courtesy, and empathy.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about arenaflex products, services, policies, and platform features.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for common technical issues, and escalate more complex cases to specialized support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of every customer interaction, including the nature of the inquiry, steps taken to resolve it, and any follow-up actions required.
  • Proactively follow up on unresolved customer matters to ensure complete satisfaction and build long-term trust.
  • Offer personalized product or service recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, technical support, and quality assurance, to share customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Data Entry and Records Management

  • Input customer data, order information, and account updates into digital databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Transfer information from paper-based documents and physical records into structured digital formats.
  • Update and modify existing data entries to reflect changes in customer accounts, order statuses, shipping details, and subscription preferences.
  • Review and double-check your own work to ensure all entered data is correct, complete, and properly formatted.
  • Identify and flag inconsistencies, errors, or missing information in source documents for supervisor review.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems to ensure quick and efficient data retrieval.
  • Support order management workflows by updating customer order statuses, processing basic change requests, and confirming delivery timelines.

Essential Qualifications

  • No prior work experience required – arenaflex welcomes motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and conversationally.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, useful for occasional phone-based escalations and team meetings.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including comfort with web browsers, email, chat platforms, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling data entry and verifying numerical or text-based information.

Preferred Qualifications
